Program description

This SMS program is operated by OBD Property Group, a brand of RYBM DEKALB LLC (the entity's IRS-registered name; registered with New York State as The OBD Group LLC, DOS ID 6564019). We send operational text messages, such as calendar reminders, task follow-ups, and business notifications, to individuals who have opted in to receive them. Consent is collected from each recipient at enrollment and is never a condition of any purchase.

Enrollment (opt-in)

Opt in via the enrollment form at theobdgroup.com/sms-optin, which collects your name and mobile number with a required consent checkbox, or by written request to joe@theobdgroup.com. OBD Property Group confirms every enrollment before any messages are sent.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies by account activity. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to cancel and stop receiving messages. After you opt out, you may receive one final message confirming the opt-out. Reply START to re-enroll.

Carriers

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
